Sarah Lane is an executive and personal career coach, trainer, facilitator, behavioural change specialist and busy mum of a 2 year old. She has spent the last 20 years working in and with people from all walks of life: from chief executives to charity fundraisers, FTSE 100 teams to media creatives.
Her love of helping others has always shone through, even in her darker days as an auditor! Sarah's clients span from local mums looking to balance career and parenthood, to working with organisations including GlaxoSmithKline, MTV, Telefonica O2, The British Red Cross, BMW, Topps Tiles, HSBC and the Fairtrade Foundation.
Sarah brings a pragmatic approach to the psychology of change. She brings a vast and varied business and life experience to her coaching practice. Having qualified and practiced as an auditor, operated in project roles within commercial functions, managed regional sales teams and latterly lead teams in HR and talent management, she connects with her clients from a position of real insight and understanding.
As a coach and trainer, Sarah understands that meaningful change occurs over a period of time. She uses an intuitive sense of what is needed by gathering the facts to be able to hone in on the true heart of issues. Her style works with the knowledge that human beings are multi-faceted by nature, so achieves lasting change with clients by taking a holistic approach and working with the whole person or organisational system.
Originally from Cornwall, Sarah is now proud to also be a Londoner. This is Sarah's debut book, and in true Sarah style she made her choice to write a book, got her head down and completed her first draft in just three months.
